Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fodder Factory Hand to join our production team in Hervey Bay. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking for a stable role in manufacturing with opportunities for training and development. You will be an integral part of our animal feed production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of factory machinery and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery used in fodder processing.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
