Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Food Truck Deep Cleaner to join our nightly maintenance team. This vital role is responsible for the thorough deep cleaning and sanitation of our fleet of food trucks after their daily operations. You will ensure that all kitchen areas, equipment, and surfaces meet our rigorous hygiene standards and health code requirements. This is an essential role for individuals who take pride in a clean workspace and understand the importance of food safety. Full training on specific equipment and cleaning protocols will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive deep cleaning and sanitation procedures for all food truck interiors, including cooking surfaces, fryers, griddles, ovens, and refrigeration units.
- Dismantle and clean specific food preparation equipment according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and ceilings within the food truck.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed and report any shortages.
- Maintain a clean and organized cleaning supply area.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or necessary repairs to management.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete all cleaning tasks within the designated timeframe.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning procedures.

- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and move heavy equipment.
