Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Operations Intern to join our E-commerce Security team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fraud detection, prevention, and analysis within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will work closely with experienced analysts, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques to safeguard our digital transactions and protect our guests. This is an entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and mentorship to aspiring professionals in cybersecurity and fraud prevention. No prior professional experience in fraud operations is required; we are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring e-commerce transactions for suspicious activity and potential fraud patterns.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into flagged transactions and user accounts.
- Learn and apply various fraud detection tools and systems.
- Help maintain and update fraud databases and case files.
