Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Glassware Washing Assistant to join our dedicated banquet hall team. This entry-level position is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of all glassware used during our events. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, working closely with our catering and events staff. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment specifically for glassware.
- Ensure all glassware is meticulously cleaned, polished, and free of streaks or imperfections.
- Safely handle and store a variety of delicate glassware.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, particularly regarding glassware placement.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure timely service.
