Job Description
Are you seeking an engaging outdoor role where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of a premier golf course and earn excellent cash tips? Charnwood Pines Golf Club in Loughborough is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Golf Course Caddies. No prior caddying experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and ready to assist our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry golf bags for players throughout their round, often walking long distances.
- Provide accurate yardage and course information to assist golfers with their game.
- Offer advice on club selection and course strategy, enhancing the player's experience.
- Locate errant shots quickly and efficiently to maintain a good pace of play.
- Clean golf clubs and balls as needed during the round.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the highest standards of golf etiquette.
- Anticipate player needs and provide attentive, personalized customer service.
- Ensure players have a positive and enjoyable experience on the course.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to walk long distances while carrying weight (typically 30-40 lbs).
