Key Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise efficiently in the stockroom.
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with new products, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste.
- Front and face products on shelves to maintain a neat and appealing presentation for customers.
- Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of aisles, shelves, and stockroom areas.
- Safely operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as needed (full training provided).
- Verify product expiration dates and remove any expired or damaged items from shelves.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take direction.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Prior experience in a customer service role (informal experience is acceptable).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
