Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and kickstart a career in property maintenance? Southern Cross Property Maintenance is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Gutter Cleaning Helpers to join our team for casual day shifts in Mount Gambier. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – full safety training and on-the-job guidance will be provided. You will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced technicians, ensuring our clients’ gutters are clean, clear, and functional. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting experienced gutter cleaning technicians with all aspects of gutter maintenance.
- Carrying and setting up equipment, including ladders, hoses, and safety gear.
- Performing basic debris removal from gutters and downpipes under supervision.
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy throughout the job.
- Following all company safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
- Adhering to instructions from lead technicians and supervisors.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
- Assisting with basic site clean-up after job completion.

- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry equipment, and work safely at heights.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
