Job Description

Hedland Home Solutions is actively seeking a motivated and reliable Gutter Guard Installer Assistant for an entry-level position. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this role. You will work alongside experienced installers, learning the techniques and best practices for fitting and maintaining high-quality gutter guard systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working outdoors, and want to build a valuable trade skill set from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers in the preparation and installation of gutter guard systems on residential properties.
- Help with material handling, including loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
- Ensure the work area is clean and safe before, during, and after installation.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Perform basic site measurements and preparatory tasks under supervision.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills

- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work safely at heights and comfortable with ladder work (training provided).
