Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Support residents with mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant and safe dining experience.
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship, contributing to their emotional well-being.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
- Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues, residents, and their families.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in healthcare is required – full training will be provided.
