Job Description

Are you a highly motivated individual with a natural ability to connect with people? Do you have a passion for technology and a drive to succeed, but lack prior sales experience? Virgin Media O2 is looking for enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with no previous sales experience as we provide comprehensive, hands-on training from day one. You will learn the ropes of direct sales, product knowledge, and customer relationship management, setting you up for a successful and rewarding career within our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
  • Present Virgin Media O2 products and services effectively, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
  • Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Accurately complete all sales documentation and follow company procedures.
