Job Description

Capgemini is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Cloud Support Associates. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience in cloud, as we provide comprehensive training and cover the costs of your industry-recognized cloud certifications. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients’ cloud infrastructure, learning from experienced professionals, and contributing to cutting-edge projects. We are looking for individuals who are quick learners, excellent problem-solvers, and have a genuine desire to grow their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to gain expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and achieve industry certifications.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and support for cloud-related incidents and requests under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Document support procedures, solutions, and incident resolutions for knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues and learn advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of basic cloud resources.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
Required Skills
