Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Hospitality All-Rounder to join our friendly team in a vibrant regional pub. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience, assisting across various aspects of pub operations including bar service, food service, and general pub upkeep. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and politely.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area, dining space, and restrooms.
- Assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and washing up when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth pub operations.
