Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Hospitality All-Rounder to join our friendly team in a vibrant regional pub. This role is perfect for individuals looking for a dynamic work environment where every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience, assisting across various aspects of pub operations including bar service, food service, and general pub upkeep. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and politely.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area, dining space, and restrooms.
  • Assist with stock rotation and replenishment.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and washing up when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth pub operations.
