Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our team in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for immediate employment with weekly pay. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay, maintaining the high standards Premier Inn is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish amenities and linens in guest rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas as required.
  • Handle guest requests and queries politely and efficiently.
  • Ensure security of guest rooms and hotel property.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
