Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources (HR) Director to lead our HR department and strategy. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR compliance, and organizational development. The HR Director will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring HR initiatives align with the organization’s mission and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on attracting diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
  • Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including those related to visa sponsorship and international hires.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess department effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee HR budget and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Skills

  • Proven working experience as an HR Director or other senior HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Experience with international recruitment processes and visa sponsorship requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Experience managing HR for organizations with a diverse global workforce.
