Job Description
Join Cox Communications as an Inbound Call Centre Agent and become the first point of contact for our valued customers! This is a fantastic work-from-home opportunity based in San Diego, California, offering comprehensive training for individuals with no prior call center experience. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Full training will be provided to equip you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic service issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
- Explain products and services clearly and concisely.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and helpful service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data and service standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
