Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as an Industrial Cleaner for the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for stable full-time employment with premium pay and comprehensive training provided. No prior experience is required; we will equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our industrial facilities during non-operational hours, ensuring a pristine environment for the next day’s activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming industrial floors.
- Operate various cleaning equipment suchably, such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers (full training provided).
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas within industrial settings.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Dust, wipe down, and polish surfaces, machinery, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure all work areas are secure and properly maintained at the end of each shift.
Required Skills
- Ability to work the designated night shift schedule reliably.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
