Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing & PR Intern to join our dynamic team. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing and public relations within a leading tech company. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key talent and influencers who align with HubSpot’s brand values and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying potential influencers, content creators, and media contacts across various platforms relevant to HubSpot's target audience.
- Support the outreach process by drafting initial communications and managing follow-ups with potential collaborators.
- Help maintain and update our influencer database, ensuring all contact information and campaign details are accurate.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for influencer marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
- Monitor influencer content and PR mentions, tracking performance metrics and compiling reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to campaign execution, content coordination, and talent relationship management.
- Learn to utilize various social media monitoring and influencer identification tools.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital communication.
- Previous experience with data entry or database management is a plus.
