Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised IT Training Coordinator to join our Corporate Education team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and delivering essential IT training programs, with a particular focus on systems related to employee benefits. You will ensure our employees are well-equipped with the technical knowledge to effectively utilise our internal platforms and tools, contributing to a seamless and efficient corporate environment. This role involves close collaboration with IT, HR, and various business units to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of IT training sessions and workshops for corporate education, particularly those related to employee benefits platforms and internal systems.
- Manage and maintain training materials, documentation, and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Liaise effectively with IT specialists, HR teams, and external vendors to design and develop comprehensive training content.
- Support the rollout of new IT systems and software updates by planning and executing targeted training initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for IT training content, user registration, and reporting.
- Provide frontline support and guidance to employees regarding IT training queries and resources.
- Assist in promoting a culture of continuous learning and digital literacy across the organisation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a training coordination or administrative role, preferably within an IT or corporate education setting.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of corporate employee benefits and related systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- ITIL Foundation certification or a basic understanding of IT service management principles.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry or a large corporate environment.
- A relevant certification in training, education, or project management.
- Experience with instructional design principles.
