Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior technicians with sample preparation, labelling, and processing according to established protocols.
• Learning and performing routine laboratory tests and analyses under direct supervision.
• Maintaining the cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of laboratory equipment, glassware, and workspaces.
• Accurately documenting test results, observations, and data in laboratory information systems.
• Following strict laboratory safety protocols, quality control guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Participating actively in team meetings, training sessions, and contributing to overall lab efficiency.
• Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels of laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and patient privacy.
