Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Griffith, NSW, for a crucial part-time afternoon shift. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation within our logistics operations. The primary focus will be on accurate and timely data entry, supporting our warehouse and distribution efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of logistics-related information, including dispatch, receiving, and inventory movements.
- Process and file shipping documents, invoices, and other operational paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and other internal departments regarding discrepancies or information needs.
- Assist with tracking and tracing shipments as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient afternoon shift operations.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
