Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unpack and replenish shelves with new stock according to planograms and store standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in aisles and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the night fill team to achieve daily goals.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled night shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving heavy items regularly.
- Attention to detail for accurate stock placement and presentation.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (not essential, but a bonus).
- Basic understanding of stock rotation principles.
