Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Night Fill Assistant at our Canning Vale supermarket. This vital role involves ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and presented impeccably for our morning customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently unpack and replenish shelves with new stock according to planograms and store standards.
  • Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in aisles and storage areas.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reporting discrepancies.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely (training provided).
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the night fill team to achieve daily goals.

Required Skills

  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled night shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving heavy items regularly.
  • Attention to detail for accurate stock placement and presentation.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment (not essential, but a bonus).
  • Basic understanding of stock rotation principles.
  • Forklift or pallet jack licence (training will be provided if required).
