Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager – Professional to join our team in Gosford, NSW. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of our office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a productive work environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our team, managing resources, and optimizing office procedures to meet our high standards of service and operational excellence. This is an on-site position requiring a strong presence and leadership within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Oversee office budget and expenditure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate internal communications and manage correspondence efficiently.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational workflows.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
