You will conduct one-on-one virtual sessions, offer constructive feedback, and facilitate engaging workshops to enhance their professional readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual resume and cover letter reviews to students and job seekers.
- Offer constructive and personalized feedback to improve application documents.
- Conduct online workshops on resume best practices, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
- Guide individuals through career exploration and goal setting.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and recruitment practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
