Job Description
Join eBay’s vibrant community team as an Online Forum Community Guide. In this fully remote role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our users, ensuring a positive and engaging experience on our official forums. This position requires availability for weekend and evening shifts to best support our global community. You will moderate discussions, answer questions, enforce guidelines, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively moderate forum discussions, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
- Respond promptly and courteously to user inquiries and feedback.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Foster positive community engagement and encourage constructive dialogue.
- Assist in the creation of community resources and FAQs.
- Monitor for spam, inappropriate content, and disruptive behavior.
- Collaborate with other community team members on ongoing initiatives.
