Bell Canada is seeking an Online Helpdesk Ticket Router for an exciting remote, entry-level position. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to learn, as no prior IT experience is required – full training will be provided. You will be the crucial first point of contact, ensuring that incoming helpdesk requests are accurately categorized and directed to the appropriate technical teams, playing a vital role in our customer service and technical support ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming helpdesk tickets through various channels (email, web portal).
  • Review and accurately categorize ticket types based on established guidelines (e.g., technical issue, service request, billing inquiry).
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact, escalating critical issues immediately.
  • Assign tickets to the correct support teams or individuals using our internal ticketing system.
  • Ensure all relevant information is captured in the ticket before routing.
  • Communicate professionally with users to gather additional details if necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell Canada's service offerings and internal support structures.
  • Contribute to improving the ticket routing process and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with various IT and customer service teams to ensure seamless support operations.
