Job Description
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Bridal Boutique Fitting Assistant to join our team, specifically for weekend shifts. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for fashion, even without prior bridal experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our brides during their appointments, assisting our stylists and helping maintain the beautiful presentation of our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet brides and their parties warmly upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and welcome.
- Assist bridal stylists during appointments by pulling and zipping gowns, retrieving accessories, and ensuring a tidy fitting room.
- Help brides in and out of gowns, providing gentle and supportive assistance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and the sales floor throughout the day.
- Steam and prepare gowns for appointments or display.
- Organize and re-hang inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering basic questions and directing inquiries to stylists as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the boutique.
- Collaborate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
