Job Description
Join Target as an Order Fulfilment Staff member for casual shifts in our Portland location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work hours with weekly pay. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are confident and capable in your role. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing online orders for our guests, contributing to a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from sales floor and backroom locations for online orders
- Utilize handheld devices to locate items and track order progress
- Prepare items for shipping or guest pickup, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, including restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment deadlines
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend for extended periods
- Basic communication skills
