Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Part-time Labourer to join our team in Darwin on a day roster. This role is ideal for individuals looking for consistent part-time work, supporting various construction and infrastructure projects. As a Labourer, you will perform a range of duties to assist skilled tradespersons and ensure site efficiency and safety. Full training on site-specific tasks and safety protocols will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tradespersons and operators with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site clean-up, including debris removal and waste management.
- Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Report any hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Support trenching, digging, and excavation activities as required.
- Assist with traffic control and pedestrian management when necessary.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Construction White Card (essential for site access in Australia).
