Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Part Time Warehouse Operatives at our Swansea Distribution Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking for flexible part-time work within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Full training will be provided, so no previous warehouse experience is necessary, making it an ideal entry-level role.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or voice picking systems.
- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Receiving and processing incoming stock, verifying quantities and logging information.
- Moving stock around the warehouse safely, potentially using manual handling equipment (training provided).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a bonus, but not essential.
- Experience with manual handling equipment (MHE) such as pallet trucks is helpful, but training will be provided.
