Job Description

Join our team in Kelowna as a Picture Frame Assembly Laborer. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling custom picture frames, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position involves the precise use of various tools, including glue guns and staple guns, to join frame components and create finished products that meet our high standards. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, possess good manual dexterity, and are committed to producing excellent work. Full training will be provided to help you master all necessary assembly techniques and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate glue guns and staple guns safely and efficiently to assemble frame components.
  • Measure, cut, and join various framing materials according to specific job orders and designs.
  • Inspect finished frames for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with material handling, stocking, and inventory management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
