Key Responsibilities
- Engage enthusiastically with customers at pop-up shop locations, representing the Marks & Spencer brand with a positive attitude.
- Educate customers about products, promotions, and brand values.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling pop-up displays and ensuring the area is tidy and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, directing complex issues to appropriate channels.
- Distribute promotional materials and samples.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Process sales transactions accurately using mobile payment systems (training provided).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current promotions and product offerings.
