Job Description

No prior experience is required – we believe in nurturing talent and will provide full, comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, contributing directly to our guests’ positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing tasks according to established standards.
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during shifts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Required Skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of English for communication.
