Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Public Health Nurse to join our dynamic team in Wakefield. This vital role focuses on promoting health, preventing illness, and protecting the health of the local population through a variety of community-based initiatives. You will work within diverse settings, including clinics, schools, and homes, providing essential health education, immunisation programmes, and support to vulnerable groups. Key Responsibilities
