Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bulk Order Pickers to join our fast-paced E-commerce Warehouse team in Mackay. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in logistics and warehousing. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring products reach our customers efficiently and in perfect condition. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick bulk customer orders from warehouse shelves using various equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Efficiently pack orders into appropriate containers, ensuring proper protection for transit.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.

- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (even if informal).
- Experience operating a pallet jack or similar warehouse equipment.
- Current driver's license and reliable transport.
- First Aid certificate.
