Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our busy boutique team in Mount Isa. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy a dynamic retail environment, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they step into our boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors to the boutique
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage general inquiries with professionalism
- Schedule and manage customer appointments for styling sessions or special events
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining customer records
- Maintain the tidy and inviting appearance of the reception area and boutique showroom
- Process sales transactions and manage returns/exchanges accurately
- Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
- Support the boutique team with various operational tasks as needed
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email)
