Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Luminous Aura Studio. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming first impression for our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during day shifts. You will be the friendly face and voice of our studio, managing appointments, assisting clients, and supporting the studio’s administrative needs. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, excellent organizational skills, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the studio.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using our studio software.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Assist with retail product sales and provide product information to clients.
  • Support studio staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Open and close the studio ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Required Skills
