Job Description

Cleanaway is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Recycling Plant Operator in Bendigo. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the waste management and recycling industry. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive, full training to ensure you develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training programs and learn plant operational procedures.
  • Assist senior operators in the safe and efficient operation of recycling machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor equipment, identify potential issues, and report them to supervisors.
  • Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct quality checks on processed materials.
