Job Description
We are urgently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Dockhands in Fremantle, WA. This is a critical role within our logistics operations, responsible for the efficient and safe handling of cargo at the port. If you are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are keen to start a career in the dynamic logistics industry, we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload cargo from trucks, ships, and other transport vehicles.
- Operate various dock equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo for damage and accurate documentation.
- Organize and stack freight in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the dock at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
