Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and physically capable individuals to join our team as Relocation Assistants focusing on furniture moving. This is a vital role in our relocation process, ensuring our clients’ belongings are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and unloading furniture and household goods for clients relocating within or from the Cork region. Weekly pay ensures consistent remuneration for your hard work. While prior experience in moving is a plus, we value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload furniture and household items onto removal vehicles.
- Utilize appropriate equipment (dollies, blankets, straps) to prevent damage to items and property.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required, following instructions carefully.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Santa Fe Relocation professionally at all times.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
