Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses using a provided script to introduce Bell Canada's products and services.
- Engage potential business clients in professional and persuasive conversations.
- Accurately record call outcomes, client information, and appointment details in our CRM system.
- Adhere to established call metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (French bilingualism an asset).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
- Ability to read and follow a script accurately.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong listening skills and a willingness to learn.
