Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Calendar & Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in managing complex calendars and ensuring seamless scheduling for executives and teams across various time zones. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with various scheduling tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external scheduling inquiries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile necessary documents, and distribute materials in advance.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
- Utilize online scheduling platforms and communication tools effectively.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
