Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging scripts for AI-powered chatbots across various products and services.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, UX designers, and product managers to understand chatbot functionality and user needs.
- Ensure scripts align with brand voice, tone, and communication guidelines.
- Iterate on scripts based on feedback, performance data, and evolving project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative conversational flows and user interactions.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality standard for all written content.
- Learn and apply best practices in conversational AI design and script optimization.
- Document script changes and contribute to content style guides.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative writing ability and an aptitude for storytelling.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
- Basic understanding of user experience principles and a user-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
