Your primary objective will be to understand their concerns, identify underlying issues, and present tailored solutions to retain their business. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers via phone, email, and chat who have expressed intent to cancel their services.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and thoroughly understand their reasons for considering cancellation.
  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points and provide effective, personalized solutions.
  • Educate customers on the value of their current services and introduce alternative plans or features that better meet their needs.
  • Negotiate and offer appropriate incentives or promotions to encourage customer retention, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and retention efforts in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and competitor offerings to effectively counter arguments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly customer retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
