Job Description
We are seeking empathetic and efficient individuals to join our team as Remote Dispatcher / Roadside Assistance Agents. This is a crucial role focused on providing support to members experiencing vehicle issues. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls, assessing member needs, and dispatching appropriate roadside assistance services. This is a fully remote position, offering comprehensive training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members requesting roadside assistance.
- Accurately assess member needs and vehicle issues through effective questioning.
- Utilize dispatch software to locate and assign service providers (tow trucks, tire changes, fuel delivery, etc.).
- Provide members with estimated arrival times and keep them informed of service status.
- Document all interactions and service details accurately in the system.
- Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including call quality standards.
Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with mapping or GPS navigation software.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish is a plus).
- High School Diploma or GED.
