Job Description
Are you a Gen Z or teen with an innate ability to spot trends, create hilarious memes, and understand what makes content go viral? LADbible Group is seeking a passionate and creative Remote Meme & Viral Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with zero prior professional experience to kickstart their career in digital media. We believe talent isn’t always found in a CV, and if you live and breathe internet culture, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and adapting engaging content specifically for our Gen Z and teen audience across various social media platforms. Full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within our company. This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging trends, memes, and viral content across social media platforms.
- Develop original meme concepts and adapt existing viral formats to resonate with our target demographic.
- Create compelling short-form video content, static images, and text-based posts for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Collaborate with our content and editorial teams to ensure brand voice consistency and alignment with content strategy.
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement to inform future content creation.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging content tools.
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to our content pipeline.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and teen internet culture.
- Exceptional creativity and a natural knack for humor and virality.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, etc.).
- Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g., using phone apps or free online tools).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- No prior professional experience required; passion and potential are key.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active and engaged personal social media presence.
- Experience creating content for a school project, club, or personal page that gained significant traction.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Knowledge of basic copyright and fair use principles for content creation.
