Job Description

TEKsystems is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic WFH Video Conferencing Support Tech to join our dynamic remote team. This is an entry-level position where we provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is required! You will be the frontline support for our users, ensuring seamless video conferencing experiences and troubleshooting technical issues from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video conferencing software and hardware (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with setting up, configuring, and utilizing video conferencing tools effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to audio, video, connectivity, and peripheral devices.
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and common problems in a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary, providing clear and detailed information.
  • Educate users on best practices for video conferencing to prevent future issues.
  • Stay updated on new features and updates for various video conferencing platforms.
