Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, resilient, and proactive Repossession Agency Dispatcher to join our dynamic night shift team in Wimbledon. This fast-paced role is crucial to our operations, involving real-time communication with field agents, meticulous record-keeping, and rapid decision-making under pressure. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our field teams during critical night operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls and communications from field agents during night shifts.
- Dispatch agents to repossession assignments efficiently, optimizing routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate, real-time logs of agent activities, progress, and incident reports.
- Monitor agent safety and provide immediate support in emergency situations.
- Communicate critical information to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems effectively.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and standard office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work consistent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the asset recovery, security, or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with UK debt recovery and repossession legislation.
- First Aid or emergency response training.
- Ability to speak additional languages (a plus, but not essential).
