Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic retail environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Tech Support Advisors. No prior experience in tech support is required – we provide full, comprehensive training on all gadgets and systems. If you love gadgets, enjoy helping people, and are ready to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be based in our busy Angel store, supporting customers directly with their technology queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their tech support needs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues for various electronic devices, guided by senior team members and training materials.
  • Provide clear, concise, and friendly advice on product features, usage, and solutions.
  • Assist customers with basic setup, installations, and repairs (under supervision).
  • Learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and Currys product offerings.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Uphold Currys' high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
