Job Description

Our paid Internship Program for Junior Project Managers offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic banking environment. This program is designed to develop your project coordination and leadership skills, providing you with a foundational understanding of project methodologies, stakeholder management, and critical problem-solving in a real-world setting. You will work alongside experienced project managers, contributing to significant projects and initiatives that impact our operations and customer experience. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience in project management is required; we are seeking individuals with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Help track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolution.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in project management through academic projects, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities.
  • Basic understanding of agile or waterfall methodologies (not required, but a plus).
