Job Description

Our paid Internship Program for Junior Project Managers offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic banking environment. This program is designed to develop your project coordination and leadership skills, providing you with a foundational understanding of project methodologies, stakeholder management, and critical problem-solving in a real-world setting. You will work alongside experienced project managers, contributing to significant projects and initiatives that impact our operations and customer experience. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience in project management is required; we are seeking individuals with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Help track project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolution.
- Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in project management through academic projects, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities.
- Basic understanding of agile or waterfall methodologies (not required, but a plus).
