Job Description
Are you passionate about food and customer service? Do you thrive in a bustling environment? Pret A Manger is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our Brighton shop! No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed. You’ll be part of a friendly team, serving our delicious menu items, preparing food, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, taking orders and handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare delicious food and drinks following Pret's recipes and high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of food hygiene practices (training will be provided)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (not essential, but a bonus)
